New Foundational Class
Foundations of Mindfulness
Meditation Denver is pleased to announce the start of a new ongoing meditation class.
This class is perfect for both beginners and those with an established meditation practice and focuses on practical, approachable and liveable mindfulness for everyday life: common-sense meditation.

Liana believes mindfulness meditation practice to be one of the most joyful and practical experiences available to us as human beings and encourages everyone to make the time to honor our hearts and minds by looking deeply and cultivating awareness and bodhicitta for the benefit of ourselves and all sentient beings. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and works professionally in residential mortgage finance.

Class Details
Meetings are held on Sunday morning at 10, at The Comfort Cafe: 3945 Tennyson Street, Denver.
The class has a brief welcome, a guided meditation, a teaching on the meditation and its application to our lives and some discussion/question time. We have both chairs and cushions for sitting, and some participants chose to lie down for meditation.
Please bring a notepad, as you may wish to take a few notes, and please share the word!
The suggested donation is $15 per class. Memberships are available. Please do not let finances stand in the way of coming. Drop-ins are welcome.
